Satpal has been phenomenal in my therapy sessions, she is very attentive, engaging and will challenge your thinking. She has a unique way of interpreting through both verbal and body language, which makes it easy for the dialogue to flow. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with her, as I’ve left each session with some food for thought and action, and her tools and techniques are ones you want to explore and apply to your daily life.
I honestly can’t thank you enough for all the support you have given me. I’m just so grateful for everything you’ve helped me with. Your insights have changed how I think about myself and everyone else around me. Sally is unfailingly professional, kind and supportive whilst also providing challenge and encouraging reflection. It is invaluable to be made to think in a non-judgemental way; being very kindly shaken out of these negative patterns is positive, rewarding and feels like real progress. I am gaining a much better understanding of myself, developing better awareness and control of my own emotions and a better understanding of others behaviour. I am so thankful to have started seeing Sally when I did. I cannot praise or thank her enough. Having therapy with her has been an exceptional experience.

It has been such a positive and hopeful experience to have these sessions with you Claire. I can't quite believe where I am now if you remember the deep hole I was in when I arrived. I wanted to let you know that I have left today's session with a sense of belief and hope that I haven't felt in myself before.
